Finance Manager

Leader Healthcare – KSA is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead and optimize the financial operations of our Dammam office. This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong command of financial planning, compliance, and team leadership.

|| Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenditures, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency across all financial functions.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain financial transparency and integrity.

|| Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
