HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across company facilities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for diploma holders to build strong technical foundations in the HVAC field while working in a supportive and professional environment.

|| Key Responsibilities

• Support in installing and servicing HVAC units, split systems, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Help in conducting performance tests to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate service records.
• Work closely with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.

• Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC components, refrigeration cycles, and safety practices.
• Ability to use HVAC tools and gauges.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to develop technical expertise.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Suitable for fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience.
