Psychologist

The Psychologist will support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of children enrolled in the center. This role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, and guiding parents and teachers on best practices for child development and behavior management.

|| Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and developmental screenings.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
• Identify behavioral or emotional challenges and create intervention plans.
• Train and guide teachers on behavior‑management strategies.
• Communicate with parents regarding progress and recommendations.
• Maintain confidential records and follow ethical standards.

|| Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or Child Psychology.
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings (required).
• Strong observation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
