Project Manager

MOBCO is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale civil construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring over two decades of hands-on experience, particularly in university and educational infrastructure, and demonstrate mastery in project planning, execution, and delivery. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

|| Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges. - Administer contracts, manage project documentation, and oversee cost control and scheduling.
• Report progress to senior management and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.

|| Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale civil construction projects.
• Proven track record in university or educational facility projects is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and project controls.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
