About the Role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring the college’s quality management systems. This role ensures that academic programs and administrative processes comply with national accreditation standards (National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation – NCAAA) as well as internal quality requirements.
Requirements
|| Key Responsibilities
- Accreditation Compliance:
- Lead the preparation of all required reports, self-study reports (SSR), and program and course specifications needed for national and international accreditation.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and survey data (students, faculty members, and employers) to identify areas for improvement.
- Review & Audit:
- Conduct internal audits for academic departments to ensure adherence to course specifications and achievement files.
|| Qualifications & Requirements
- Education
- Master’s or PhD degree
- Experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in Saudi higher education
- Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the standards and regulations of the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) and NCAAA
- Languages
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
