Requirements

Identify and build relationships with potential clients in logistics, freight, and warehousing.

Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct cold calls, meetings, and sales presentations to promote logistics solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized services to clients.

Provide training and guidance to junior sales team members.

Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations related to shipping, transport, and customs clearance.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
<br> - Strong knowledge of freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.

<br> - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
<br> - Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
<br> - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
