Chief Financial Officer

Al-Fajhaa Private College is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. This is a senior executive role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the institution, ensuring fiscal sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth.

|| Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the college’s mission and long-term goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and reporting standards
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk mitigation strategies
• Supervise accounting, auditing, and procurement functions
• Provide financial insights and reports to the Board of Directors and executive leadership
• Lead digital transformation of financial systems and processes
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to optimize resource allocation

|| Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial laws, tax regulations, and institutional governance
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
