About the Role
Qiadah Car is a reputable car rental company based in Riyadh is seeking to hire a qualified Accident & Insurance Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all matters related to vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and coordination with insurance companies and relevant authorities.
Requirements
|| Key Responsibilities:

Accident Management:
- Receive and document accident reports related to the company’s vehicles.
- Coordinate with traffic authorities, workshops, and concerned parties as needed.
- Follow up on vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion.

Insurance Handling:
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims with insurance companies.
- Review and verify insurance coverage, policy terms, and claim approvals.
- Maintain records of all claims, settlements, and related documentation.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on accidents, claims status, and related costs.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all accident and insurance documents.

Coordination & Communication:
- Communicate professionally with customers, internal departments, and external entities.
- Provide updates to management on major cases and recurring issues.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role (accidents, insurance, or fleet management preferred).

Knowledge:
- Familiarity with insurance procedures, claims processes, and local traffic regulations is an advantage.
