Accident & Insurance Officer

Qiadah Car is a reputable car rental company based in Riyadh is seeking to hire a qualified Accident & Insurance Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all matters related to vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and coordination with insurance companies and relevant authorities.

|| Key Responsibilities:

• Accident Management:

  • Receive and document accident reports related to the company’s vehicles.
  • Coordinate with traffic authorities, workshops, and concerned parties as needed.
  • Follow up on vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion.

• Insurance Handling:

  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims with insurance companies.
  • Review and verify insurance coverage, policy terms, and claim approvals.
  • Maintain records of all claims, settlements, and related documentation.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on accidents, claims status, and related costs.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all accident and insurance documents.

• Coordination & Communication:

  • Communicate professionally with customers, internal departments, and external entities.
  • Provide updates to management on major cases and recurring issues.

|| Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role (accidents, insurance, or fleet management preferred).

• Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with insurance procedures, claims processes, and local traffic regulations is an advantage.
