About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support our staffing needs.
Requirements
|| Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in healthcare)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
|| Main Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and prepare shortlists
- Maintain recruitment records and recruitment reports
