Senior Communications Specialist

As a vital member of our global Middle East and Africa Communications team, your day will be dynamic and impactful. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Communications to develop and implement innovative communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives, managing high-profile projects, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. With your strong copywriting skills and project management expertise, you will play a crucial role in shaping our internal and external communications landscape.

<b>How You’ll Make an Impact: </b> <br>

• Lead and execute high impact communication projects, including brand initiatives and thought leadership campaigns. <br>

• Manage multi disciplinary teams to deliver projects aligned with KPIs. Create and edit engaging content across various formats for internal and external platforms. <br>

• Develop comprehensive communication plans focused on brand messaging and employee engagement. <br>

• Build strong relationships with colleagues and advise key company spokespeople. <br>

• Utilize metrics to assess communication effectiveness and provide insights for improvement. <br> <br> <b>- What You Bring: </b>

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. <br>

• 5 to 10 years of experience in communications with a proven track record. <br>

• Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. <br>

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities for diverse audiences. <br>

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. <br>

• Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
