HSE Supervisor

Enerco is seeking a qualified and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor to lead and oversee safety operations within its industrial facilities in Dammam. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi safety regulations, promote a culture of safety, and implement robust HSE systems to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.

|| Key Responsibilities

• HSE System Implementation:
  • Enforce company-wide health, safety, and environmental protocols in line with Saudi regulations.
• Risk Identification:
  • Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and recommend corrective actions.
• Incident Investigation:
  • Lead investigations into workplace accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.
• PPE & Training Oversight:
  • Monitor personal protective equipment usage, organize safety training sessions, and promote awareness campaigns.
• Emergency Preparedness:
  • Supervise emergency response drills, evacuation plans, and ensure readiness for crisis scenarios.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate safety records and liaise with government authorities for audits and compliance matters.

|| Candidate Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in HSE supervision, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Certifications:
  • NEBOSH and OSHA certifications are highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE laws and standards
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence safety culture
