About the Role
Adidas announces the availability of a Store Manager vacancy in Al‑Majma’ah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the year 2026, within the Retail Operations Department for Emerging Markets.

|| Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build strong customer connections and embody the brand’s values.
- Enhance the customer experience and implement the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standards.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales processes, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise the store team, guide them, and develop their skills to ensure a professional and engaging work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
|| Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail, preferably in sportswear or fashion.
- Fluency in English, with strong proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and customer‑persuasion skills.
