About the Role
The clinic is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering an excellent patient experience, and supporting the clinic’s administrative and customer-facing functions.

|| Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients, answering inquiries, and providing clear guidance about clinic services, appointments, and procedures.
- Managing incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintaining patient records, updating information, and ensuring confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and organizing daily schedules.
- Assisting in billing, payment processing, and issuing receipts when required.
- Monitoring the waiting area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Supporting management with operational tasks and contributing to overall clinic efficiency.
|| Requirements
- Preferably previous experience in administrative support or customer service, ideally within a medical or clinical environment.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle patients with professionalism and empathy.
- High level of commitment, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 6 days per week as part of the clinic’s operational schedule.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems are an advantage.
