About the Role
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires handling confidential information, managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
|| Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Organize and manage the CEO’s daily agenda, meetings, and appointments.
- Correspondence:
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official documents in a professional manner.
- Meetings & Minutes:
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with departments, clients, and partners to support the CEO’s directives and projects.
- Documentation:
- Maintain organized files, records, and reports, both digital and physical.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proficiency in computer skills and office applications (e.g., MS Office).
