Interior Designer

The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and developing interior spaces for various projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.

|| Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:
  • Create design concepts and mood boards based on project requirements and client needs.
• Space Planning:
  • Develop layouts and space plans that optimize functionality and flow.
• Design Drawings:
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 2D plans & 3D visualizations.
• Material & Finishes Selection:
  • Choose appropriate materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings.
• Coordination with Site Teams:
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
  • Client Presentations:
  • Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.

|| Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Practical experience in interior design, preferably in contracting or construction projects.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
