Saudi Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to join our supervision and technical support team for off‑plan real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in site supervision, construction execution, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams. This role requires strong technical judgment, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to ensure that all project activities comply with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards.

The Civil Engineer will play a key role in monitoring project progress, ensuring quality control, and supporting the successful delivery of residential and commercial development projects under the off‑plan sales model.

ᝰ.ᐟ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities to ensure compliance with project plans, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to contractors and project teams throughout all construction phases. - Review drawings, specifications, and material submissions to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on work quality, progress, and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Ensure all work aligns with municipal regulations, building codes, and off‑plan project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing engineering solutions on site.

ᝰ.ᐟ Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in construction supervision or execution.
• Preferred: Experience in real estate development or off‑plan sales projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
