About the Role
Global Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented QC Document Controller with strong experience in Aramco projects, particularly within the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all quality‑related documentation in compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and internal quality procedures.
This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong document management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with QA/QC teams, construction teams, and client representatives to ensure seamless documentation flow throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and maintain all QA/QC documentation in accordance with Aramco standards.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing, and archiving of documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Track, update, and maintain logs for ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, RFI logs, calibration certificates, vendor documents, and other QC records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission to the client.
- Prepare and maintain Document Transmittals (DTs) and ensure timely submission to Aramco portals (SAEP, SAIC, etc.).
- Support the preparation of final handover dossiers, ensuring all documentation meets Aramco requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all project documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation promptly.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QC Document Controller in oil & gas projects.
- Aramco project experience is mandatory; Aramco approval is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Aramco documentation procedures, standards, and portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, document control software, and digital filing systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
