About the Role
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Night Manager you are responsible for the overall procedures and standards of service during the night shift to ensure that our guest’s stay will become a memorable experience
Requirements
𑣲 Job Responsibility: • Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival till departure • Maintain effective communication with all related departments during the night shift to ensure smooth service delivery • Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival, checked in promptly and escorted to room • Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system • Ensure effective handover is done, gaining information from Duty Manager and late Shift Leader • Control all department keys / master keys and ensure all necessary reports are compiled and printed for the following day’s business and check that they have been distributed accordingly • Maintain up to date back up reports and refer all necessary reports including rate discrepancy, housekeeping discrepancy, credit check report and routing instructions report
𑣲 Skills 「 You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and an immaculate personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literate and knowledge of Opera will be highly regarded. 」
