As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage and streamline daily operations, ensuring that inventory management, distribution, and safety protocols are executed efficiently. You will be the key force behind maintaining smooth warehouse operations and fostering a productive, motivated team environment.

<b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Team Leadership: <br> Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance through clear direction and regular feedback. <br>
- Operational Management: <br> Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that established procedures and safety standards are rigorously followed. <br>
- Process Optimization: <br> Develop and implement efficient workflows, optimizing warehouse layout for improved space utilization and rapid order fulfillment. <br>
- Quality Control: <br> Monitor quality standards by conducting regular audits, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. <br>
- Reporting & Analytics: <br> Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, including inventory status, labor performance, and process improvements. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Prior experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles is strongly preferred. <br>
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. <br>
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. <br>
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to make swift, effective decisions under pressure. <br>
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and safety protocols is a plus. <br> <br> <b>2: Storekeeper:</b> <br> <br>
<b>- Job Summary:</b> <br>
The Storekeeper is responsible for the meticulous management of our inventory and storage facilities, ensuring that goods are accurately received, logged, and stored. You will play a critical role in maintaining organized records and ensuring that our storage areas are safe and efficient.

<b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>
- Inventory Management:<br> Receive and inspect incoming shipments, accurately record details, and verify quantities against orders. <br>
- Record Keeping:<br> Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all inventory items to facilitate timely stock reports and audits. <br>
- Stock Control: <br> Monitor stock levels continuously; assist in reordering supplies to avoid both shortages and overstock. <br>
- Storage Organization: <br> Arrange goods in the storage area to maximize space utilization while ensuring ease of access and safety. <br>
- Collaboration: <br> Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and procurement teams to maintain seamless supply chain operations. <br> <br> <b>- Qualifications:</b> <br>
- Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a related inventory management role is preferred. <br>
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills. <br>
- Must be proficient in English, with clear communication skills essential for effective coordination. <br>
- Ability to work independently and adhere to standard operating procedures. <br>
- Familiarity with digital inventory systems is advantageous.
