Store Keeper

𑣲 Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving materials and goods and ensuring they match purchase orders
• Organizing and arranging the warehouse according to approved storage systems
• Recording all inbound and outbound transactions in the warehouse system
• Monitoring stock levels and preparing shortage reports
• Coordinating with the Purchasing and Production departments
• Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining warehouse cleanliness
• Conducting periodic inventory and ensuring stock accuracy
• Dealing with suppliers and transportation companies
• Complying with internal policies and procedures

𑣲 Requirements:

• High school certificate minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field preferred)
• Residents of: Jubail, Dammam, Qatif, Ras Tanura
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and computer programs
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred
