- Supervise the companyā€™s vehicles and monitor their condition regularly
- Organize vehicle usage schedules, including handover and return
- Follow up on periodic maintenance and repairs, ensuring vehicle readiness
- Monitor licenses, insurance, and periodic inspections
- Coordinate with drivers and relevant departments
- Prepare periodic reports on vehicle conditions and related notes

- Previous experience in vehicle management or followā€‘up (preferred)
- Strong organizational and followā€‘up skills
- Commitment and accuracy in work
