We are currently looking for an Associate of Fit-Out Project Management, who will lead high-profile clients and commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use interior fit-out projects across Saudi Arabia.
You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, client engagement, and delivery excellence. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
𑣲 What your day-to-day will look like:
- Project Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle of fit-out projects from concept to handover, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
- Client Management: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Oversight: Lead and mentor project managers and site teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Commercial Control: Manage project budgets, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations to optimize value and mitigate risk.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all works comply with local regulations, international standards, and ESG requirements.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including progress reports, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
- Business Development: Support growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and enhancing client portfolios.

𑣲 Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field. Master's preferred in Interior Design, Design Management, Architecture, or Urban Design,
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive design experience in construction industry,
- Professional licensure (NCIDQ, LEED AP, PMP) preferred.
