Kids Village is seeking a compassionate and skilled Shadow Teacher to join our inclusive educational environment. This role is ideal for educators passionate about supporting children with special needs, particularly those with ADHD and learning difficulties. The Shadow Teacher will work closely with individual students, providing tailored support to enhance their academic, emotional, and social development within the classroom setting.

𑣲Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with ADHD and learning challenges
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans and activities
• Observe student behavior and progress, maintaining detailed daily reports
• Facilitate communication between the child, teacher, and school administration
• Help coordinate a structured and nurturing classroom environment
• Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics at all times
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture

𑣲Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in shadow teaching or special needs education
• Strong understanding of ADHD and learning difficulties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and patience
• Skilled in classroom coordination and behavior management
• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to student success
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
