𑣲Senior Project Manager

Investment Care is a leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects across the Kingdom.

𑣲Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all projects and ensure adherence to schedule, quality standards, and budget.
• Guide and supervise project managers while resolving escalated issues.
• Approve project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate between planning, procurement, contracts, and the technical office.
• Monitor cash flow, costs, and productivity.
• Manage change requests, claims, and communication with clients and contractors.
• Enhance resource utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise project teams and support their skill development.

𑣲Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in managing multiple projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coordinating civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Experience in projects within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
