KunSports is expanding its customer-facing operations and is seeking enthusiastic, well‑presented Customer Service Representatives to join its growing team in Unaizah and Buraidah. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all service touchpoints. • Unaizah: Open for both 𑣲Males & 𑣲Females
• Buraidah: Open for 𑣲Males only

𑣲Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance
• Handle customer inquiries through face‑to‑face interaction, phone, or digital channels
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable service area
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold company standards in appearance, communication, and service delivery

𑣲Required Qualifications & Skills

• Presentable appearance and the ability to interact with customers politely
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle different customer personalities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
