- Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions
- Maintain training records, certificates, and competency matrices
- Communicate with training providers and manage schedules
- Prepare training reports and compliance documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation programs
ð‘£²Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of training coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
