About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and proactive Safety Supervisor to oversee and enforce all safety protocols across project operations in Yanbu. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, international HSE standards, and company safety policies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams toward a zero‑incident work culture.
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that all personnel follow safe work practices. The candidate must be capable of delivering safety training, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with project management to uphold the highest safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
ð‘£²Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and enforce all safety rules, regulations, and procedures on site.
- Conduct daily site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions for all workers.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, client requirements, and international HSE standards.
- Maintain updated safety documentation, permits, checklists, and audit records.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness of first‑aid and firefighting equipment.
- Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with safety protocols.
- Support continuous improvement by recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams.

- BLS First Aid / CPR
- Additional HSE‑related certifications will be an advantage.
ð‘£²Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in safety supervision within construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety compliance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
- Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama are preferred.
