Requirements

ð‘£²Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations cases, grievances, and investigations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies & regulations
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives
  • Oversee visas, employee services, and ERP (SAP) data accuracy

ð‘£²Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years HR/Employee Relations experience (3+ years managerial)
  • Strong knowledge of KSA & GCC labor law, SAP proficiency
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
