About the Role
A dynamic leadership role overseeing real estate auctions from planning to execution. The Auction Manager will drive asset acquisition, investor engagement, and digital auction operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance and delivering post-auction insights.
Requirements
ð‘£²Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule auction plans
- Source assets and properties for auction
- Lead marketing campaigns and attract investors
- Ensure compliance with the regulations of the General Real Estate Authority
- Manage registration, bidding, and financial collection
- Prepare post-auction reports
ð‘£²Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and familiarity with real estate regulations
- 3 years of experience in auctions or real estate (including digital platforms)
- Strong negotiation, planning, and client acquisition skills
- Proficiency in digital auction platforms
- Fluency in Arabic; good English skills are a plus
