About the Role
The Food Preparer is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assembling menu items, and ensuring all food is handled according to hygiene and safety standards. Requirements
ð‘£²Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes according to daily production needs
- Assist in assembling menu items following standard recipes and portion guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area
- Ensure all food is stored, labeled, and rotated properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours
- Report any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor
