Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate teams efficiently to ensure project completion within deadlines.

<b>Responsibilities:</b> <br><br>

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain workflow efficiency.
  <br>
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  <br>
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and resolve any site related issues.
  <br>
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and workforce attendance.
  <br>
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with design standards and project timelines.
  <br>
• Report to project managers and provide updates on site activities.
  <br><br>

<b>Requirements:</b> <br><br>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
  <br>
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  <br>
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  <br>
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  <br>
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  <br>
• Transferable Iqama is required (for candidates in Saudi Arabia).
