We are seeking a passionate and creative <b>Marketing Specialist</b> to take charge of our visual content, digital campaigns, and social media presence. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives and visual assets that highlight our services, engage diverse audiences, and drive business growth in a competitive healthcare market.

Requirements

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br> <br> <b>1: Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:</b> <br>

  • Develop Visual Assets: <br>
    Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, brochures, and digital advertisements. <br> Ensure that all output reflects the brand’s visual identity and aligns with the marketing message. <br> <br>

  • Collaborative Conceptualization: <br>
    Work closely with internal design teams and external agencies or freelancers to brainstorm creative concepts that resonate with our target audience. <br> <br>

  • Brand Consistency: <br>
    Maintain a consistent design language across all touchpoints, ensuring that visuals enhance our credibility in both dermatology and dentistry. <br> <br> <b>2: Marketing Campaigns & Social Media Ads Management:</b> <br>

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: <br> Plan, execute, and manage cross channel marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services. <br>

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns with overall brand strategy. <br> <br>
  • Digital Advertising: <br>

    • Create, monitor, and optimize social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. <br>
    • Track performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversion rates) and adjust strategies in real time to maximize return on investment (ROI). <br> <br>
  • Budget Management: <br>

    • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving desired marketing outcomes. <br> <br> <b>3: Content Writing & Strategic Marketing Planning:</b> <br>
  • Content Development: <br>

    • Write, edit, and publish engaging and SEO-friendly content, including website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases. <br>
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance, particularly in medical and technical areas. <br> <br>
  • Strategy Formulation: <br>

    • Develop and execute robust marketing plans that outline goals, target segments, messaging, and KPIs for each campaign. <br> <br>
  • Market Analytics: <br>

    • Analyze market trends and campaign performance data, using insights to refine content strategy and optimize customer engagement. <br> <br> <b>4: Social Media Platform Management:</b> <br>
  • Community Engagement: <br>

    • Manage and curate content for various social media channels, fostering a vibrant online community. <br>
    • Engage with followers by responding to inquiries and comments in a timely, professional manner. <br> <br>
  • Trend Monitoring: <br>

    • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices, incorporating innovative tactics to elevate the brand’s online presence. <br> <br>
  • Reporting & Optimization: <br>

    • Generate detailed reports on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on analytics and feedback. <br> <br>

<b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br>

  • Educational Background: <br>
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. <br> <br> <b>- Professional Experience:</b> <br>
    • A minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing role with practical experience in graphic design, content creation, and digital campaign management—experience in the healthcare or medical sector is a plus. <br> <br> <b>- Technical Skills:</b> <br>
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with digital editing tools. <br>
    • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools. <br>
    • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising metrics. <br> <br> <b>- Communication Skills:</b> <br>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft content that is both creative and factually accurate. <br>
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. <br> <br>
