Requirements
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s objectives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. <br>

Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth opportunities. <br>

Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. <br>

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market. <br>

Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction, to improve HR processes and organizational efficiency.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

Lead performance management initiatives, including conducting appraisals and providing constructive feedback to employees. <br>

Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. <br>

Identify and mitigate risks related to human resources and workplace compliance.
<br> <br> <b>- Qualifications & Requirements:</b> <br> -
A <b>Bachelor’s Degree</b> in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. <br>

A minimum of <b>5 Years</b> of experience in human resources management or a similar leadership role. <br>

In depth knowledge of <b>Saudi labor laws</b> employment practices, and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse workforce.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and fostering collaboration at all levels. <br>

Proficiency in HR software, systems, and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. <br>

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
