HR Manager (Male/Female)

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s objectives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. <br>

• Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth opportunities. <br>

• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. <br>

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market. <br>

• Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction, to improve HR processes and organizational efficiency.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

• Lead performance management initiatives, including conducting appraisals and providing constructive feedback to employees. <br>

• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning. <br>

• Identify and mitigate risks related to human resources and workplace compliance.

• A <b>Bachelor’s Degree</b> in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. <br>

• A minimum of <b>5 Years</b> of experience in human resources management or a similar leadership role. <br>

• In depth knowledge of <b>Saudi labor laws</b> employment practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse workforce.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and fostering collaboration at all levels. <br>

• Proficiency in HR software, systems, and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. <br>

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
