Site Engineers || Architecture ||

We are seeking highly skilled Site Engineers (Architecture) to join our team. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to manage architectural works with precision and professionalism. This role requires individuals who can oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that all architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in architectural site supervision, problem‑solving, and quality control. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all architectural activities on site.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Ensure all works comply with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to management.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify design discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in architectural site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and project standards is an advantage.
• Must be available for Kafala Transfer.
