BIM Coordinator

The BIM Coordinator will oversee the development, coordination, and management of Building Information Models across all project stages. The role ensures that all disciplines are aligned, clashes are resolved, and BIM standards are consistently applied to support efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate with design teams to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
• Support site teams with model-based information and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain model accuracy.
• Generate reports, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
