About the Role
The Architectural Engineer will support the design, review, and execution of architectural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, Saudi building codes, and sustainability standards. The role involves coordination with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, materials, and specifications.
- Provide technical solutions and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of architectural works.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Prepare technical reports, shop drawing reviews, and material submittals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Experience in construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
