About the Role
The Technical Manager will lead the technical department, ensuring all engineering, design, and technical activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with project goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical aspects of project planning and execution.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Support tendering, cost estimation, and value engineering activities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction technical management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Saudi construction codes and project workflows.
