Procurement Engineer / Officer

The Procurement Engineer/Officer will manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for construction materials, equipment, and services. The role ensures timely procurement, cost efficiency, and compliance with project requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Track deliveries, manage logistics, and ensure timely supply to project sites.
• Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and documentation standards.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in construction procurement in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers and materials.
