<b>Position Descriptions:</b> <br> <br> <b>1: Cashier / Accounting Officer:</b> <br>

<b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Deliver prompt and professional checkout services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. <br>
• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment responsibly. <br>
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain orderly cash register records. <br>
• Assist with administrative tasks related to cash and accounting operations <br>.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a friendly, service-oriented attitude. <br> <br> <b>- Desired Qualifications:</b> <br>
• Strong numeracy skills and impeccable attention to detail. <br>
• Previous experience in cash handling or cashier roles is highly desirable. <br>
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. <br>

• Capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

<b>2: Department Sales Associate (Male/Female)</b> <br> <br> <b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product knowledge and recommendations. <br>
• Organize and maintain a neat and appealing sales environment.
• Manage inventory, ensuring products are well merchandised and accessible. <br>
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges as needed. <br>
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. <br> <br>

<b>- Desired Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. <br>
• Prior experience in retail sales is an asset. <br>
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. <br>

<b>3: Smartphone and Computer Repair Technician:</b> <br> <br>

<b>- Key Responsibilities:</b> <br>

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, computers, and related devices. <br>
• Provide technical support and detailed repair services to maintain high customer satisfaction. <br>
• Maintain accurate records of repair jobs and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. <br>
• Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex issues efficiently. <br>
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and repair methodologies in the electronics field. <br> <br>

<b>- Desired Qualifications:</b> <br>

• Proven experience in repairing smartphones and computers or similar electronics. <br>
• Technical certification or equivalent training is preferred. <br>
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. <br>
