Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and verify prescriptions accurately
- Counsel patients and families on medication use
- Monitor drug interactions and adverse effects
- Maintain inventory and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists on treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, SCFHS license required
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in hospital or rehab pharmacy
- Knowledge of chronic care, pain management, and geriatric pharmacology
- Strong documentation and patient education skills
