Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assess physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities
Design therapy plans for mobility, coordination, and self-care
Train patients in assistive devices and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Track outcomes and support discharge planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy; SCFHS license
2+ years in rehab or acute care settings
Experience with neurological, orthopedic, or pediatric cases
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
