About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing communications, organizing schedules, and maintaining documentation with precision and professionalism. This position requires strong English language skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, memos)
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preference given to candidates residing in Dammam
