Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the driving force behind attracting top-tier medical and administrative talent to Dar As-Salama Hospital. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring aligned with hospital standards and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish compelling job ads tailored to medical roles
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and hospital policies
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings
• Strong understanding of medical job roles and qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
