Civil Engineer

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Holy Madinah. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing site operations, coordinating effectively with consultants, and ensuring smooth execution of all construction activities.

This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on site experience, a sense of ownership, and the confidence to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all day-to-day site activities
• Supervising construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving site-related challenges
• Ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and within the project schedule
• Preparing and submitting site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Civil Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong ability to manage site operations independently and make informed decisions
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Practical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Preference will be given to South Indian candidates
