About the Role
The Structural Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating structural steel components in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with supervisors, engineers, and QA/QC teams to ensure all fabrication activities are executed safely, accurately, and within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication Work
- Fabricate structural steel components including beams, columns, brackets, platforms, ladders, handrails, and supports.
- Interpret and understand fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
- Perform cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and assembly of steel components.
- Ensure correct dimensions, alignment, and tolerances throughout the fabrication process.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely, including cutting machines, grinders, and drilling tools.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure all fabricated items comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct self-inspections and report any deviations or issues immediately.
- Follow all HSE regulations and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication work area.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate daily activities with supervisors, engineers, and QA/QC personnel.
- Support QA/QC, client, and consultant inspections as required.
- Report daily progress, completed work, and material usage.
- Assist in resolving fabrication-related technical issues when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in Structural Fabrication or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Structural Fabricator.
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Previous Gulf or Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.
- Strong workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
