About the Role

We are currently looking for a Planning Engineer who is responsible for end to end planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis of building projects. The role supports contractor supervision by ensuring construction activities are logically sequenced, adequately resourced, and delivered within contractual timelines.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed baseline construction programs using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Prepare WBS, activity logic, resource loading, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor daily and weekly site progress against approved baseline schedules.
  • Prepare look ahead schedules
  • Identify critical path activities and schedule risks.
  • Analyze delays and prepare mitigation and recovery programs.
  • Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) substantiation and delay impact analysis.
  • Coordinate closely with site engineers, QS, subcontractors, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
  • Support planning during commissioning and handover stages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 8 - 15 years construction supervision?side experience.
  • Proven experience in residential and mixed?use development projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies.
