Architect Engineer

WeWe are currently looking for an Architect Engineer who will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, and overseeing the implementation of construction projects. This role requires coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and concept plans in line with client requirements and project scope.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Review and ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and design presentations.
• Maintain documentation of design changes, approvals, and project progress.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and innovative construction methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or Mixed used projects.
