HSE Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Supervisor to join our team for an ARAMCO project. This position is ideal for a safety professional who excels in managing site safety, enforcing compliance, and ensuring that all project activities are executed without risk to personnel, equipment, or the environment.

As an HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental activities on site. Your primary objective will be to ensure full compliance with ARAMCO standards and approved safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HSE activities across the project site
• Ensure strict compliance with ARAMCO HSE rules, regulations, and procedures
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Promote safe work practices and immediately address unsafe conditions
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to the workforce
• Investigate incidents and prepare clear, accurate safety reports
• Maintain up‑to‑date HSE records and documentation
• Coordinate with site teams to enhance overall safety performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE roles
• Mandatory ARAMCO project experience
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, procedures, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to independently manage and supervise site safety operations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
