Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of port activities, customs clearance, and transportation coordination, with the ability to maintain smooth operations in a fast‑paced and demanding environment.

This role is well-suited for someone who can effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders, monitor daily movements, and ensure that all logistics activities are executed on schedule.

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing cargo movements, supervising transportation activities, and maintaining clear communication between ports, transporters, clients, and internal teams. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that daily operations remain organized, efficient, and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customs and clearing agents to ensure timely cargo clearance
• Follow up on port activities and PLF shuttling operations
• Track daily truck movements and monitor transporter performance
• Receive and execute logistics instructions from SABIC and internal departments
• Attend daily operational meetings and provide clear status updates
• Prepare daily reports covering movements, delays, and overall performance
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and Saudi regulations
• Maintain smooth coordination between ports, transporters, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in port operations, PLF, or customs-related roles
• Strong understanding of Saudi customs procedures and port operations
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets
