About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end‑to‑end logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in import and export processes, customs clearance, and warehouse management, ensuring seamless, efficient, and fully compliant logistics activities.

This role is well-suited for a hands-on professional who excels at coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing complex supply chain functions with confidence. You will play a key leadership role in supporting business operations through timely deliveries and cost-effective logistics solutions.

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the full logistics cycle—from international shipments and customs procedures to warehousing, supplier coordination, and internal communication.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage import and export operations in accordance with local and international regulations
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
  • Handle customs documentation, clearance processes, and duty/tax requirements
  • Plan, monitor, and track shipments to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics and transportation service providers
  • Monitor logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management
  • Resolve shipment delays, claims, and logistics-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, trade laws, and HS code requirements
  • Manage supply chain contracts and ensure all terms and agreements are properly implemented

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of logistics experience with strong exposure to import and export operations
  • In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations
  • Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Transferable Iqama is required
